Policies and bylaws

NWU Bylaws:

Zero Tolerance Policy:

NWU has a Zero Tolerance policy regarding verbal or physical abuse by anyone affiliated with NWU (player, parent, team official, club official) towards anyone in an NWU Soccer event (game, practice, fund-raiser, etc.).  This includes referees, opposing players, parents, or team officials, or unaffiliated spectators. 

The event will be handled by or Director of Discipline who will investigate and provide a recommendation for discipline.  Depending on the severity of the incident: discipline any or all of the following:

1. 1.       Verbal and / or Written Warning is issued
2. 2.       Suspension is issued
3. 3.       Expulsion from Calgary NorthWest United Soccer Club is levied
4. 4.       Criminal charges are laid through the Calgary Police Dept.
